These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TinyTime, a care coordination application designed to help families manage care schedules and coordinate with trusted contacts. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TinyTime, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.
Description of Service
TinyTime is a care coordination platform that allows families to:
- • Coordinate care schedules and availability
- • Send care requests to trusted contacts
- • Receive SMS notifications and reminders
- • Manage family member and dependent information
- • Communicate with caregivers and family members
User Accounts
To use TinyTime, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- • Providing accurate and complete information
- • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TinyTime only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- • Interfere with or disrupt the service
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Share inappropriate or harmful content

SMS Communications
By using TinyTime, you consent to receive SMS messages for care coordination purposes. You acknowledge that:
- • Message and data rates may apply
- • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- • You can opt out by replying "STOP" to any message
- • Message frequency varies based on your usage
Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds
TinyTime subscriptions begin with a free trial period where offered. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically renews to the selected plan unless it is canceled before the trial expiration date.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect access to the service for the remainder of the current billing period.
Because access to TinyTime is provided immediately upon subscription activation, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed.
To help avoid unexpected charges, TinyTime sends reminder emails before trial periods end so customers have the opportunity to review or cancel their subscription before renewal.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review the request.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
TinyTime and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to TinyTime. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing our service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights or these Terms.
Disclaimers
TinyTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by users or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyTime from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
